Minutes per credit hour: 50 minutes. To calculate credit for a specific program, divide the total length of the program in minutes by 50 and add one-half credit for every 25 minute increment that exceeds the standard credit hour.

Attendance Reporting Procedure: Effective for ABA programming beginning July 1, 2013. The ABA does not report your participation. Rhode Island attorneys may individually apply for course approval online (Course Accreditation Appendix D) at the time of attendance reporting. There is no fee for Rhode Island attorneys to individually seek Rhode Island course approval.
