Attendance Reporting Procedure: The ABA reports attendance for live programs to Louisiana within 30 days of the program. Attorneys must send certificates of attendance for live, in-person programs held outside Louisiana to the Louisiana CLE committee.
Approval of ABA Programs
The ABA is an accredited sponsor in Louisiana and applies for accreditation of programs on a program-by-program basis. The ABA is approved for the following formats.
Approved Live Program Formats Live, in-person meetings (e.g., National Institutes) Webinars and teleconferences
Approved CLE Product Formats The ABA does not generally seek accreditation recorded product formats in Louisiana.
