Limit on credit hours for recorded programs: Attorneys can earn up to 4 CLE hours via recorded programs.

Attendance Reporting Procedure: The ABA reports attendance for live, in-person programs held in New Mexico within 30 days after the program. The attorney must self-report for all other programs by the end of the compliance period by submitting the certificate of attendance with MCLE Form 03: Request for Live Credits (available on the website below). Attorneys may use recorded products for CLE credit by submitting a MCLE Form 04: Request for Self-Study Credits (available on the website below).
