Approval of ABA Programs

The ABA is not an accredited CLE provider in Nebraska and does not currently submit individual program applications to Nebraska. A Nebraska attorney may submit a program for approval after attending the program by logging into his/her personal MCLE account with the Nebraska MCLE Commission and filling in the info in the Submit CLE Program area and attaching the brochure or time agenda from the program. There is no fee for this submission. Approximately 3-5 days after submission, the attorney will receive an e-mail from Nebraska indicating the approval or denial of the program, the credit hours assigned by Nebraska, and any other pertinent information.
