Attendance Reporting Procedure: For in-person programs, each attorney must report his or her attendance and submit the ABA certificate of attendance to Indiana within 30 days of the program. The ABA does not send certificates of attendance to Indiana for in-person programs. The ABA reports attendance for live distance-learning programs within 30 days after the program.

The ABA is an accredited provider in Indiana and submits applications to Indiana on a program-by-program basis.
